Rodger earned his Electrical Engineering Degree in 1996 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He specialized in Avionics Engineering on corporate jets and was responsible for the thorough design and management of the avionics package and certification process. Rodger also holds an A&P license. Rodger holds three U.S. patents and a Copyright. Rodger Goossen resides in Denver, CO.

Derek Goossen has been in the fire service since 1998 working his way through the ranks of Firefighter, Driver/Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain and Acting Battalion Chief. He has been active on wildland fires since the 1999 season. In the federal wildland world, he has Squad Boss, Engine Boss, Strike Team and Task Force Leader along with ICT4 qualifications He has been deployed across the nation on many different wildfire incidents. He has fought in over 100 wildland fire incidents and hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Derek resides in Frisco, CO.

Thomas A. Fuhr is the Program Director for Innosphere, Colorado’s leading technology incubator supporting high-growth science, technology, engineering and enterprise software startups and scaleups. As Program Director for Innosphere’s South Denver and Castle Rock office, Tom is responsible for working directly with Innosphere Client Companies – providing them with ongoing support through Innosphere’s onboarding program and beyond, and ensuring they have all the resources to grow.

Mr. Fuhr holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of WisconsinMadison. Tom has extensive corporate experience working for Energizer Holdings/Energizer Battery for nearly 30 years in engineering and plant operations.
